Guardian Consent and Minor Learner Policy

How applicants under 18 enrol, what a guardian must confirm and what access is granted before consent.
Provisional wording. This policy is published in good faith and is pending final legal review. Where it conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails.
Who this applies to
Any applicant under 18 years of age on the date of enrolment. Applicants under 13 cannot be enrolled.
What we require
The enrolment form collects the guardian's full name, email address and phone number, and requires an explicit consent confirmation from the guardian.
Account access is not activated until the guardian consent is confirmed, even where payment has already been received.
Guardian rights
A guardian may request the learner's records, ask for corrections, withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by writing to business@fifthaisolutions.com. Withdrawing consent closes the learner's access.
Communication
Enrolment confirmations, receipts and progress notices for a minor learner are copied to the guardian's email address.
