Refund and Cancellation Policy

When a refund is available, how to request one, and how instalment cancellations are handled.
Provisional wording. This policy is published in good faith and is pending final legal review. Where it conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails.
Seven-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment provided you have not completed more than two days of lessons and have not started the final assessment.
Send your request to business@fifthaisolutions.com with your registered email and batch code. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
After the refund window
Once the 7-day window has closed, or once more than two days of lessons are completed, the programme fee is non-refundable because the full curriculum has already been released to your account.
Instalments
If you cancel after the first instalment, the first instalment is treated under the rules above and no further instalment is charged. Days 11–20 and the certificate remain locked.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until the dispute is resolved.
