Programme Access and Expiration Policy

How long your access lasts, how the instalment unlock works and what happens after the 20-day window.
Provisional wording. This policy is published in good faith and is pending final legal review. Where it conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails.
Access period
The programme is designed to be completed in 20 days. Course access remains open for 12 months from your enrolment date so you can revise at your own pace.
Instalment unlock
A first instalment opens days 1–10. The remaining balance opens days 11–20 and must be settled inside the 20-day training window. Certificates are only generated once the fee is fully settled.
Expiry and extensions
After 12 months, lesson access closes but your completion record and certificate remain verifiable. Extensions may be requested at business@fifthaisolutions.com.
