What Fifth AI Academy collects when you enrol and study, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you can ask for it to be removed.
Provisional wording. This policy is published in good faith and is pending final legal review. Where it conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails.
What we collect
Enrolment details you submit: name, email address, country, study background, and — for applicants under 18 — a guardian name and contact.
Learning records created as you study: lesson completion, page position, bookmarks, notes, quiz attempts, scores, lab submissions and Project Studio work.
Payment records returned by our payment processor: amount, currency, plan, batch code, payment status and the processor's reference identifiers. We never receive or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
To issue your credentials, unlock the days you have paid for, track certification eligibility, provide coaching, and meet accounting and refund obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your learning records to train external AI models.
How long we keep it
Learning records are retained while your account is active and for 24 months afterwards so certificates can be re-verified. Payment records are retained for the period required by tax law.
Your choices
Write to business@fifthaisolutions.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion. Deletion of learning records ends certificate verification for that account.
