The agreement between you and Fifth AI Solutions covering account use, acceptable behaviour, course materials and limits of liability.
Provisional wording. This policy is published in good faith and is pending final legal review. Where it conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails.
Your account
Credentials are issued to one named learner and may not be shared, resold or used by more than one person. We may suspend accounts showing shared use.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
Course materials
Lessons, diagrams, labs, assessments and Project Studio templates remain the intellectual property of Fifth AI Solutions. You may use them for your own study and portfolio work; you may not republish, resell or distribute them.
Acceptable use
No harassment, plagiarism, scraping, automated bulk downloading, or attempts to bypass access controls, payment gating or assessment integrity measures.
Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the programme.
